  Terrible company. Definitely do not use. Very disorganised, dishonest in their timings, the chief exec is rude and unhelpful. All in all a total disaster area who should have their fitness to practice withdrawn. Think of a problem, look at Cambridge Care and you'll find it!

  I worked for Cambridge care Newmarket branch for two years there was promise of paid fuel allowance which I never received ,No travel time between calls you are expected to be at your next call when you are still at your last call the turn over in both care staff office staff says it all ,you are expected to also pick up medication from pharmacist Tescos in your own time with no pay !I gave Cambridge care more notice than required to then have my hours cut by haif on the last two wks off employment ,I myself have now left like a lot off really good staff with better pay also better working conditions with many incentives on top management ought to ask why there is a huge turn over in staff and pay what the staff are worth ,I stayed with Cambridge care for as long as I could for the service users and not for the company .there are a lot off company's out there with better pay better working conditions management at Cambridge care do not listen they are a rule to them selves !
